Great Continuous Slideshow When my father went into assisted living, this was purchased and it's been running since June 2021 (Nov 2025 now). Remote is not intuitive. But if you just plug in an SD card of photos and get it running and leave it alone, it's greata. My mother has it now and she loves to look at it, as do friends and family who come to visit.Best to get the photos the same orientation: horizontal and crop vertical ones to square so they aren't too small. Watch that your images aren't too small as they will show up as a postage stamp and not a pixelated thing. Seems to be 2x3 display.

Get a high-quality SD card to avoid shut down issues. This digital photo frame really looks great. I bought the model that did not have the SD card included, and purchased the SD card seperately. It was an off brand at a low price, compared to high-quality SD cards.After the digital photo frame was on for about six hours it would shut down on its own. The only way to restart it, is to unplug it, then plug it back in, because it was not responsive to the remote, and would not turn back on without unplugging and repluging it.I was had a series of videos cycling on the photo frame. I myself was not using pictures, just videos in MP4 format. I read other reviews on Amazon and saw that others had complained about this same shut down issue. Even those with actual JPEG pictures cycling have have this problem. After hours of troubleshooting and even trying different settings, nothing seem to fix this problem.Next I decided to switch the SD card out with a high-quality one, and this problem immediately disappeared! Now the frame is working flawlessly, with no shut downsIf you happen to buy the model that is sold with the SD card adapter and micro Sd card included, this SD card seems to work well without shutdowns, even though it too, is an off brand, but it works. I know this because I have purchased a second frame that had the micro SD card with SD adapter included.So, if you get this photo frame or another brand and you experience this issue, that is definitely something to check for if you are having that problem.I have not tried using the USB port, but read up on it somewhat and it actually says that the SD card performs faster, which I would think would help avoid this problem, for I did read some reviews that said that the USB port picture storage was less dependable in terms of the photo frame working properly vs using the SD port. That being said, I have never tried using the USB port.So, if you want a nice photo frame, this one I do like. The screen is bright and vibrant.The remote is it OK once you learn how to use it, but the directions are mediocre. Also you need to be within about 6 feet or so for the remote to work good, but that’s good enough for when I use it.So, the moral of my review is make sure you don’t buy an SD card thats cheap. Save yourself the trouble, get a high-quality 32 GB SD card, and you will like this photo frame.

Can't import photos - doesn't match product pics I am not able to import photos no mater which method I choose. When I went page to the amazon product page I noticed the user interface in the product pictures DOES NOT match the UI on my device. I tried using the app to import photos. It says I don't have an account so I clicked 'create account'. It asks me to accept an agreement. I do and it goes back to the 'log in or create account screen'.The product page says you can use email but there is no option.I have an SD card I purchased with the device. I put the photos on the card on my laptop but when I insert the card it says it's empty. Also, I have to import the photos off the card but the product description says the SD card 'extends the memory'. If I have to move the photos off the card to internal memory then it is not extending memory.I hooked up my ipad through the USB cable and it says no photos available for import. Then, once it goes to that screen I have to unplug the power chord to get off the screen. Turning power off/on doesn't reset it and there is no option on the screen to exit.At this point I don't think the product I have and the one being shown and reviewed is the same. I went back to the product through the my orders page and it says that I ordered it and gives the date so I know I'm on the right page.I bought this for my wife for our anniversary so we could display pictures and it doesn't work.In the review on the app for uploading photos on the apple app store every review except 1 gave it a 1 star and the reviews all said it deserved zero stars so I'm not the only one having trouble with the app.This product was a total waste of money and the only thing I can use it for is an overpriced clock.

Good Product and Poor Web App Overall, the product works in a diminished capacity. The product is limited due to the poor functionality of the Web App (LinkLemo). A user is supposed to have the capability to invite many other users to independently share photos via the 'Invite Friends to Share" feature as described in the product manual. However, the App tab for this function does not parse/load and is therefore useless. There are work-arounds to overcome this issue, however it involves having friends and family upload the application for this purpose. Additionally, when a user opens the LinkLemo App, advertisements fill the login screen with deceptive links. This is unwarranted "bait and switch" tactics similarly seen in free web Apps. However, I have paid for the product and don't expect such poor customer mistreatment. The frame unit itself works seamlessly well and easy to operate. Quality is as expected for the price.
