Great performance The bone conduction headset is very lightweight and comfortable to wear. Its minimalistic design and size holds it properly over the ears without causing any discomfort. The headset performs excellently and delivers high quality sound. It is made up of durable and flexible material and it also holds charge for a very long duration.

Don't Buy This product isn't reliable, first pair, yes you read it right, first pair all of a sudden started to glitch, scrolling through all the different setting like it was possessed. Contacted customer service and they tried to trouble shoot it, since they couldn't fix the problem they issued me a new pair. Great! Until I got the second pair, charged it, loaded it with music, put it in bluetooth, and off I went for my run. I was 30 minutes into my run and they turned off. I went to turn them back on, putting them in bluetooth mode, and NOTHING! There is hours of music on them so I don't understand why aren't playing anything. I have since reached out to the company again now asking for a refund. Oh and I just bought the original pair at the end of January 2024, so two pairs in literally 3 months! That's ridicules,and now I can't return them through Amazon, plus bought the extended warranty! So hopefully this company will refund me. But again DO NOT BUY! Customer service reps are great and responsive, just the product sucks.

UPDATE: GREAT customer service but touch control problems in pool remain UPDATE: I reached out to customer service and heard back very quickly. They told me that by triple tapping and holding the button on the right side when in mp3 mode you can lock up the touch controls, thus preventing the random switching between modes while swimming. And while this did address the symptom I was experiencing, the real flaw is in a design that relies on this. That said, it solved my problem although I lost some of the functionality. This is addressed in their new model the Haptifit Terra, which they sent to me as a solve. Amazing customer support, like I said!ORIGINAL REVIEW: Above water, these work great. Sound good, stay in place, comfortable, all that. But I bought them to swim laps and they constantly switch between "normal," "shuffle" and "repeat" with the automated voice informing me as a swim. I was hoping to use music to get into a cadence but instead found it very distracting.

Great product!! If you work in a factory that has high noise levels, this product is for you. You can still hear condensations around you and listen enjoy your music. Super comfortable, easy to use Bluetooth connections.The one down fall is the battery life, it does last very long. But the quality in the speakers makes it worth the money!
