Great idea. Materials need an upgrade Like a couple of other "On Stage" branded items I find this one to be good and handy, but over priced due to the materials they use. This thing is literally a plate that is cut out of some cheap soft metal with rubber grommets that do not stay in place with a threaded hole in the center that strips out on about the second time you screw it on to a mic stand. Sad workmanship on a very useful idea and product. Too bad really. I wanted to give this one top reviews...

it did not come with the stand. how can i get a stand for it? what i did not like about it is that , it has no stand. please, where to get a stand to hang it on?
